Melihat fitur dan kecanggihan yang tertanam padanya, membuat  SONY ALPHA SLT A58K ini sering dianggap murah karena fasilitas yang ditawarkan melebihi dari ekspektasi harga yang ditawarkan. Sony berusaha memberikan pengalaman yang mengesankan kepada penggunanya salah satunya dengan membenamkan teknologi Translucent Mirror. Fitur lain yang tak kalah membuat kamera ini begitu berharga adalah fitur Lock-on AF dimana membuat A58K mampu menembak objek berkecepatan tinggi dengan presisi yang tinggi dan kemampuan fokus terus menerus.

Lock-on AF ini sendiri mampu mendeteksi objek secara terus menerus melakukan penyesuaian pengukuran yang pas dimana hal ini didukung dengan adanya teknologi Traslucent mirror serta pendeteksi objek yang dimiliki oleh kamera SONY ALPHA SLT A58K. Lock-on AF ini yang dimaksud di atas sebagai fitur untuk memotret objek yang bergerak secara cepat dan pendeteksi objek di SONY ALPHA SLT A58K ini terasa sangat akurat.

Harga Kamera DSLR SONY ALPHA SLT A58K

Sensor yang dimiliki Sony adalah berjenis Exmor APS HD CMOS. Sensor ini sangat powerfull dan mampu menangkap berbagai objek gambar dengan baik dan menakjubkan. Detail yang diberikan dari sensor Exmor ini bahkan mampu memberikan detail yang sangat halus dan kaya dengan gradasi tonal. Resolusi yang sangat besar yakni 20.1 Megapixel seperti ini mampu memberikan tingkat noise yang sangat rendah, sensitivitas tinggi, efek defocusing sampai hasil kamera yang cukup baik dalam menghasilkan gambar, meski dalam keadaan minim cahaya. Resolusi 20.1 MP dari Sony ini juga mampu memberikan gambar yang lebih hidup.

Fitur OLED true-finder atau sering disebut Viewfinder elektronis nyatanya mampu memberikan fokus, framing hingga preview real time dari pengaturan eksposur yang lebih mudah. Dengan adanya teknologi translucent Mirror juga mampu untuk memberikan rincian objek dengan tepat seperti yang terlihat dimonitor secara akurat.

Spek SONY ALPHA SLT A58K ini sendiri adalah sebenarnya menawarkan peningkatan dari OLED EVF dan lensa kit-nya, tapi ini bukan yang terbaik dijajaran kamera DSLR milik Sony.  Bagian yang kami suka dari A58K ini adalah memiliki OLED EVF, lalu kemampuan menghasilkan cropped JPG di kecepatan 7,3fps. A58K juga memiliki keunggulan karena memiliki performa yang baik dalam pengaturan ISO yang tinggi. Layar yang menggunakan Engsel juga memudahkan kita dalam berekspresi serta tata letak tombolnya yang baik tidak kalah penting karena memudahkan kita saat mengambil gambar.

Namun si A58K bukan berarti tanpa sisi lemah. Menurut kami, ketajaman EVF-nya tak sebaik model lainnya milik Sony. Selain itu lensa kit dari SONY ALPHA SLT A58K ini terasa mengecewakan.
